R7e-archive is a unique collaboration between 14 regions to create a modern, sustainable, and shared solution for digital archiving. We are a virtual organization with about 20 employees, and our mission is to manage and develop a common e-archive. Together, we contribute to strengthening the public sector's ability to meet future needs for information management.

We are looking for an experienced IT management leader for R7e-archive, focusing on IT-related work, which involves leading the central management together with a management leader who focuses on operational work. You have a common mission but are responsible for different parts, which means that you will work together in large parts of the work.

The IT area is one of the largest IT workplaces in the county with about 150 employees. We are responsible for coordinating, managing, and leading IT development in Region Örebro County. This development concerns both future healthcare information support and e-health as well as administrative systems and infrastructure. To meet these challenges in a professional and efficient manner, we need to have broad and high competence and put the customer in focus. IT Management Leader for R7e-archiveJob Responsibilities

We are looking for an IT management leader with the ability to see the big picture and lead in a complex environment - someone who thrives in the role of a hub between several actors, operational needs, and technical solutions. In this role, you will work to coordinate and further develop our e-archive used by 14 regions in close collaboration.

As an IT management leader, you have a central role in driving and developing the IT-related part of object and operational planning. You work to develop and follow up on management plans and ensure that budgets and resources are used effectively and sustainably. An important part of the mission is to follow up on results and report outcomes to the IT object owner.

In this role, you are responsible for following up on service deliveries from both internal and external suppliers, focusing on quality and agreed SLAs. You ensure that development and changes occur in line with common priorities, goals, and agreements. At the same time, you are a natural and appreciated dialogue partner in various forums, where you collaborate closely with suppliers, regions, and internal operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in similar roles. You enjoy working in a structured manner and find it particularly interesting to be an active participant in a virtual organization. We are looking for someone who is engaged and driven, with the ability to take responsibility and actively move the work forward. You work in a structured manner, have an easy time prioritizing, and ensure that tasks are followed up all the way to completion.

Qualifications:

Essential requirements:

  • A relevant degree at the university level or equivalent education combined with work experience that can be considered equivalent.
  • Experience in leadership and operational development.
  • Good knowledge of public operations and working according to governing documents and guidelines.

Desirable qualifications:

  • Experience in managing an IT organization.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
  • Experience in implementing ITIL processes in an IT organization.
  • Good experience in following up contracts, reporting outcomes, and setting requirements against the service provider.
  • Strong social skills as collaboration and communication are central parts of the work.
  • Knowledge of the pm3 management model.
